PORTUSplus is an open access, peer-reviewed and indexed scientific journal that fosters the dissemination of knowledge and stimulates international debate in the various fields of interest related to the multiple dynamics of the waterfront and the contemporary port city.

Promoting an interdisciplinary approach to studies and research, as well as exploring the intersection of policies, processes and practices, PORTUSplus aims to share original works, models and techniques, theoretical concepts and application-oriented developments, associated innovations and information management.

The scientific relevance of the articles, selected for publication in response to specific Call for Papers, is guaranteed by the evaluation criteria adopted and by the multidisciplinary competencies of the Scientific Advisory Board, composed of prestigious academics and high-level experts.
