The 34th RETE Meeting, organised in collaboration with the Port Authority of Seville, will take place from 24 to 25 June 2021.
The initiative aims to reflect on a new model of port-city integration capable of favouring coexistence based on the context of the urban port district of Seville and the ports of Andalusia. Special attention will be given to the theme of sustainable logistics and technological innovation.
At the same time, port-city integration will also be analysed from other perspectives: urban planning, culture, economy and society, considering the question of habitability, inclusiveness, connectivity and identity as a prerequisite for establishing a good relationship. The meeting will be an opportunity to deepen the port-city integration strategy implemented by the State Port System and to present Latin American success stories in integration processes.
